Peer Review & Project Rescue

Over the years we have worked on a countless number of sites to uncover hidden opportunities that enable projects to be brought to life.

We work closely with some of South East Queensland's most activate and well-known developers, peer reviewing their development and design strategies in order to optimize outcomes and create more successful projects—not only for developers, but for people living in the apartment homes they create. 

This process combines development, construction, and design skills in a  way that balances and optimises 12 key development variables that need to be considered when striving for the best design strategy for a project.


Architectural Design & Development Strategy

Our design process is built on a single conviction: that the best development outcomes, the best livability outcomes, and the best planning outcomes are not competing priorities — they are the same outcome.

Getting there requires knowing how to align all three from the outset.  We combine big picture thinking with fine-grained focus so that important details are considered early on and the right design strategy can be achieved at both the macro and micro level. 

Our goal is to create highly liveable apartment homes that people love living in and that developers are proud to have delivered.


Construction Documentation

We protect the project vision through rigorous technical coordination and the right level of detail execution. In a highly specialized area like apartment project development, getting the construction phase right isn’t just important from a design perspective; it’s also critical to development risk exposure.
 
That’s why we apply deep technical expertise and a rigorous process to review consultant input across all disciplines and ensure this input is integrated with the architectural drawings.  
 
The result: fewer on-site surprises, cleaner project execution, and a project where details and finer grain elements can be brought to life.


Interior Design

Interior design strategy is project dependant . We can manage and incorporate interior design services with our trusted interior design partner, or for some projects,  interior designers are engaged by the client directly.
 
Either way, we seek to ensure that interior design & architecture are merged seamlessly to create the optimum built result.
